Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a dedicated and clinically strong Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for working with adults with neurogenic communication disorders and dysphagia. This role is ideal for a clinician who values patient-centered care and is committed to delivering evidence-informed treatment. The qualified candidate will be an advocate for best practices in medical speech-language pathology.

Shift:

Part-time position Weekday availability required 2-3x/week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) No weekends or holiday coverage Office closed on major holidays Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat adults and seniors with: dysphagia, aphasia, motor speech disorders, cognitive-communication disorders, and voice disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Provide patient and caregiver education Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders required Active Pennsylvania (PA) SLP license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred or eligible 1-3 years of experience with adult/geriatric populations required Medical SLP experience required Outpatient experience strongly preferred Preferred Skills & Certifications Experience or training in the following is highly valued: McNeill Dysphagia Therapy Program (MDTP) SpeakOUT! or

Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation (NMES) Expiratory Muscle Strength Training (EMST) Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES) competency
