Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Pennsylvania Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred Background in both assessment and treatment of communication disorders Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to engage with K-12 students across diverse backgrounds Comfortable working two days per week

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments across K-12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students Maintain clear and thorough documentation of student progress Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise for student planning Serve as a communication resource for staff and families
