Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for practice in educational settings ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered Prior experience with early childhood populations (ages 3-5) in school or center-based settings highly valued Skilled in evaluation, development, and implementation of IEPs Committed to culturally responsive, student-centered practice

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for preschoolers Develop and deliver individualized therapy sessions to students at varying communication levels Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate carryover of strategies Monitor progress, maintain thorough documentation, and contribute to IEP meetings Manage a caseload no larger than 50 students, ensuring personalized attention Flexible daily schedule (7:45 am-3:15 pm), with accommodations possible to support work-life balance This role offers direct, hands-on experience fostering foundational communication skills in young children within nurturing child care settings.
