Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Travel A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for a travel assignment in Scranton, PA, from March 1, 2026, to June 5, 2026. This role involves providing speech therapy services within a school setting, primarily focused on early childhood students ages 4 to 5. The caseload includes conducting approximately 130 evaluations, offering a unique opportunity to impact language development during a critical period in young learners' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for early childhood students. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation outcomes. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school policies. Deliver therapy services in accordance with established timelines and caseload requirements.
Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required. Experience working as an SLP in school settings. Strong skills in evaluating and treating speech and language disorders in young children. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage a significant caseload effectively and efficiently.
Location:
Scranton, Pennsylvania Schedule:
Full-time, approximately 35 hours per week during the assignment period.
