Job Description
There is a Part-time/PRN opportunity for a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients' homes. Responsibilities include conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with the care team to ensure ongoing care, and documenting patient information. Candidates must hold an active SLP license and a valid driver's license. Work involves traveling to patients' residences, with a focus on positive patient outcomes and personalized care.
