Job Description
Clinical Fellow - Speech-Language Pathologist A role designed to support your growth—clinically, professionally, and personally. Sunrise Therapy is seeking a Clinical Fellow who's ready to develop strong clinical skills while making a real impact with children ages birth-3 and their families.

Full-time expectations are based on 25 billable hours weekly, allowing for balance between sessions, documentation, and professional development. ✔ Comprehensive compensation & benefitsBase Salary:

You'll provide early intervention services that are meaningful and effective, including: Conducting assessments and developing IFSP goals Delivering therapy in natural environments using evidence-based and family-centered approaches Supporting families with strategies that fit into daily routines Documenting progress clearly and accurately Collaborating with service coordinators, families, and your internal team You'll be supported not just clinically, but in managing your caseload, navigating early intervention expectations, organizing your schedule, and developing professional confidence.What You Bring:

Employee should be able to transfer clients, lift weights, transport clients and perform treatment on floors, schools, home, and playgrounds as needed to incorporate the child's natural learning environment. Employees should be knowledgeable in and exercise good body mechanics during client's treatment. Sunrise Therapy provides quality therapy for children with developmental needs.
