Job Description
Evolution Communication Therapy is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team for the upcoming school year. We currently have opportunities available at one or two school sites and are looking for an SLP who values flexibility, collaboration, and work-life balance. Position Highlights Flexible scheduling - choose your preferred days and hours Teletherapy, hybrid, or in-person options available Reasonable caseloads Strong support from school staff and administration Flexible contract opportunities Competitive hourly compensation Opportunity to work with a supportive, clinician-owned practice Responsibilities Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services Develop and implement IEP goals Complete required documentation and progress reporting Participate in IEP meetings as needed Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state SLP license (or eligibility)
