About the Role Provide clinical supervision to an SLPA in accordance with state licensure and ASHA guidelines Maintain a minimum of 4 contact points per month with the SLPA (in-person, phone, video, or documentation review) Conduct at least 1 in-person supervision meeting per month at our Gardena, CA clinic Review treatment plans, progress notes, and session documentation for accuracy and quality of care Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to help the SLPA grow clinically and professionally Ensure all supervised services comply with state and payer regulations Requirements Active, unrestricted SLP license in the state of California ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) & 2 Hour Supervision Course Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-CCC (supervision experience preferred but not required) Familiarity with California SLPA supervision regulations and documentation standards Strong communication and mentorship skills Reliable availability for monthly in-person meetings at our Gardena clinic Experience in pediatric or early intervention settings is a plus What We Offer Competitive supervision stipend/pay Flexible scheduling around your existing caseload Supportive clinical team and administrative backing Opportunity to shape the next generation of speech-language professionals Why Preferred Practice Therapy?
