Job Description

Pediatric School-Based SLP | Hillsdale, Michigan 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Hillsdale, MI 49242 Part-time, Full-time, Contract ProCare Therapy 312 reviews Part-time, Full-time, Contract Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a real impact supporting students in a dynamic educational environment by providing speech-language therapy services for the upcoming school year. Multiple openings are available, with both full-time and part-time contract opportunities suited to your lifestyle and preferences. Ideal candidates are skilled in working within school settings, delivering services to pediatric populations, and well-versed in speech-language pathology practices. Recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), as well as experienced professionals and travelers, are all encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligible state licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows also considered Experience with IEPs, progress monitoring, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Pediatric and/or school-based experience is highly valued Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Comfortable with both in-person and remote/virtual service delivery
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students Deliver therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff Provide ongoing communication with students' families and faculty to support student progress Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
