Job Description
About Us We are a growing KC-area practice treating individuals across the lifespan in speech, language, voice, dysphagia, feeding, and FEES. We are seeking an SLP with interest in or experience with medically complex children and pediatric feeding and swallowing . This position starts part-time and advances to full-time as your caseload builds. CFY candidates welcome. Compensation Guaranteed weekly base pay, not just a per-session rate. Guaranteed weekly base which escalates as caseload grows Evaluation and FEES bonus: flat per appointment, uncapped Session bonus: per session above weekly target Travel stipend, health insurance stipend, CEU reimbursement, and malpractice coverage included The Role Hybrid home visits and clinic sessions, flexible scheduling, FEES equipment provided, EMR. You are a fit if you: Hold Missouri and Kansas SLP licensure or are CF-eligible Have a passion for or interest in building skills in pediatric feeding and medically complex populations Want to grow a specialty caseload within a supportive, expanding practice
