This contract role offers approximately 25 to 27.5 hours per week, spread across five days, allowing for consistent engagement with school-aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services remotely to students in kindergarten through 12th grade. Utilize teletherapy techniques to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support individualized education plans (IEPs). Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications:
Current Oregon SLP License is mandatory. Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in pediatrics and school-based settings highly valued. Proficiency in teletherapy methods essential for effective remote treatment. Bilingual Spanish skills are advantageous but not required.
