Opportunities Flexible Scheduling Virtual / Work-From-Home Days Manageable Caseloads Supportive and Collaborative Team Environment Position Overview We are seeking a part-time School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our team through virtual ARD meeting participation, speech and language evaluations, REED completion, and provider supervision. This position is ideal for an SLP with strong school-based experience who is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working remotely with multidisciplinary teams. The role offers flexibility while providing meaningful support to students, providers, and school districts.
Estimated workload:
Minimum of 5 virtual ARD meetings per month, plus evaluations as assigned
Schedule:
Flexible Responsibilities ARD & Compliance Support Attend and actively participate in virtual ARD meetings Review student progress, communication needs, eligibility, and service recommendations Complete REEDs (Review of Existing Evaluation Data) and provide professional input based on records review and team collaboration Maintain timely and accurate documentation related to ARDs, REEDs, evaluations, supervision, and communication logs Evaluation Services Conduct speech-language evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines Interpret assessment results and develop comprehensive evaluation reports Determine eligibility for speech-language services and provide recommendations for supports and accommodations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during the evaluation process Participate in eligibility and evaluation review meetings as needed Provider Support & Supervision Provide supervision and support to assigned providers in accordance with state and district requirements Monitor documentation quality, service compliance, and professional standards Support effective coordination and communication across multidisciplinary teams Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and campus teams regarding student communication needs and accommodations Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based experience required Experience conducting speech-language evaluations and writing evaluation reports Experience participating in ARD/IEP meetings preferred Strong knowledge of IDEA, special education compliance, and school documentation practices Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Comfortable working in virtual platforms and remote environments Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Enjoys collaboration and problem-solving Is confident leading or participating in ARD discussions Has experience conducting school-based evaluations and determining eligibility Understands school-based compliance requirements and timelines Can support providers while maintaining positive professional relationships Values flexibility and teamwork

$60.00 - $70.00 per hour
