Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time contract position runs from August to early June, offering 37.5 hours per week onsite near Kerman, CA. Flexibility to arrange a hybrid schedule exists and can be tailored in partnership with the district, ensuring a collaborative and adaptive work environment. With three openings available, you'll be part of a dynamic team making a meaningful impact on student success.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure and CCC-SLP certification required Experience working as an SLP in school settings preferred Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills tailored to diverse student needs Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams and families Comfortable utilizing technology for documentation and, if needed, service delivery in a hybrid model
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evaluations, diagnostics, and evidence-based speech and language therapy to a student caseload (caseload details forthcoming) Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with clear, measurable objectives and student-centered approaches Consult with educators and parents, providing strategies and resources to support student success Maintain timely, thorough documentation and progress reports Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings Support student achievement and inclusion within the educational environment
