Desired Qualifications:
Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Previous experience in school settings (preferred, not required) Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Comfort with technology for remote or hybrid service delivery
Specific Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Design and execute therapy sessions tailored to meet each students unique needs Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain all required documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies Participate in IEP meetings, offering your expert insight as part of the multi-disciplinary team Engage in professional development to stay current on best practices in speech-language pathology
