Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role empowering young learners with speech and language skills in an elementary school setting. This contract opportunity runs from August 4, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering a meaningful way to make a difference while enjoying a balanced work-life routine. Service is typically focused at a single elementary campus, with a caseload aimed to stay under 65 students spanning grades Early Education through 5th. The work day runs from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. To set you up for success, a flexible hybrid schedule is available—three days onsite collaborating directly with students and faculty, plus two days each week working from home. Candidates must demonstrate professional fluency in Spanish to effectively support the diverse student population and foster inclusive communication. Ideal candidates bring expertise in pediatric speech-language services, a passion for supporting children's development, and the ability to thrive in school-based settings. Those with Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status or Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active or eligibility for state Speech-Language Pathology license Experience providing services in schools or with pediatric populations SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential Strong Spanish/English bilingual skills (required) Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a team environment Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Core Responsibilities:
