Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language professional is needed for a school-based contract position in Winamac, IN. This opportunity spans the entire 2026-2027 school year and requires onsite work. Candidates with qualifications ranging from Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) to certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP - CCC) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) will be considered.
Key Qualifications:
Valid certification/licensure as an SLP (Clinical Fellowship Year or CCC) or SLPA Experience working in a school setting preferred Ability to provide direct therapy services onsite throughout the full 26-27 school year Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and school staff Commitment to delivering high-quality speech and language support to students
Location:
Winamac, Indiana School-based environment Onsite position only, no remote work options
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations Provide individualized therapy to students with communication disorders Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records and progress notes Participate in team meetings and parent conferences as needed This contract role offers the chance to impact students' communication skills through hands-on therapy in a school setting.
