Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Empower students to succeed by providing essential speech-language services in a dynamic school environment for the 2026-2027 academic year. This full-time, on-site contract position offers the opportunity to support learners across K-12 settings with a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required Active Washington State SLP licensure (must be maintained throughout assignment) Previous experience in school-based speech therapy is preferred Comfortable working in-person; this role will not consider virtual/remote service delivery Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to K-12 students with diverse needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and regularly evaluate student progress Collaborate with general and special education staff to support student success Contribute to IEP development and attend meetings with staff and families Provide consultation and resources for parents and educational teams Document all services and progress per district procedures and legal requirements This is an exceptional opportunity to make a measurable difference in students' educational experiences alongside passionate educators.
