Multiple school locations are seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to fill immediate and upcoming contract openings for the 2026-2027 academic year, with coverage needed for both full- and part-time schedules across elementary, middle, and high school settings. Candidates completing Clinical Fellowship (CF) year are welcome and will receive expert supervision. Please note, SLPAs and virtual/remote applicants are not being considered for these roles.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Florida SLP license required CCC-SLP credentials highly valued Recent school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Experience with severe-profound disabilities and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) essential for some positions Comfortable working autonomously and as part of an interdisciplinary educational team Passion for working with diverse student populations and adapting to dynamic school environments Availability for full academic year (August 2026 - May 2027), with some shorter-term substitute positions
Responsibilities:
Deliver speech-language therapy services to students according to IEPs Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student growth Document session notes, progress reports, and maintain proper records Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP processes Support communication needs across various classrooms and learning environments Flexibility to travel between school sites, as needed for multi-site roles
