9658377-41002 Job Description Step into a fulfilling opportunity supporting middle and high school students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist! This rewarding contract role is designed for passionate professionals ready to make a meaningful impact, especially with students who have significant needs. You will work closely with a diverse group of learners, helping them unlock their communication potential. With the possibility for a hybrid schedule, this position offers both in-person and remote work options, providing flexibility for the right candidate.
Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current and valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly valued Comfort working with students with a range of communication challenges, including those with severe needs Exceptional communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Flexibility and openness to a potential hybrid work model
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and therapy for middle and high school students Design and implement tailored treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication goals Work individually and in group settings, adapting interventions as needed Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop successful IEPs and educational strategies Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings Offer support and practical strategies to help students integrate skills across academic and social environments Experience a role where your expertise is valued and your commitment to supporting students with complex needs is celebrated.
