Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with current credentials in Pennsylvania seeking an in-person role within a supportive school setting. The position offers flexibility with part-time or full-time hours and extends from ASAP into the 2026-27 school year, aligned with the school calendar. The role is located in Mifflin County, Juniata County, or Fulton County, PA, providing candidates with options based on their preferred community.
Key Qualifications:
Active Pennsylvania SLP licensure and educator credential (Instructional I or II) Experience working in school environments as an SLP with valid CCC or school-based certification Ability to deliver services strictly in-person as remote work is not accepted Strong communication and organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, develop, and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for students identified with communication disorders Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to ensure comprehensive care Monitor student progress throughout the school year and adjust interventions accordingly Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by educational and licensing standards
