Key Qualifications:

Valid Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping abilities Familiarity with IEP development and implementation is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess speech, language, and communication needs of elementary students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals Deliver direct and indirect speech therapy services in individual and group settings Collaborate regularly with teachers, school leaders, and families to monitor progress Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with school policies Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student support strategies
