Our dedicated team offers Speech Therapy, ABA therapy, and Occupational Therapy in a compassionate environment, fostering positive growth and development. Summary We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist specializing in pediatrics to join our team at Inspire Therapy. This vital role involves delivering high-quality speech therapy services to young learners in our therapeutic learning center, supporting their developmental journeys. This role also requires supervision of a team of three Speech-Language Pathology Assistants in satellite offices. Position Overview This role is structured as: Clinical Supervision & Leadership Provide clinic-based supervision and mentorship to SLPs, CFs, and/or therapy assistants Support clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and goal development Conduct observations, chart reviews, and provide constructive feedback Promote evidence-based practices and consistency across the clinic Collaborate with leadership to ensure quality, compliance, and professional growth Direct Treatment (Clinic-Based) Provide direct speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients Complete evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers Maintain a caseload to remain clinically active Population Pediatric clients with a wide range of speech, language, feeding, and social communication needs Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state SLP license
ASHA CCC-SLP
