Job Description

Casper Therapy Services is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a hybrid elementary school position in Meriwether County, Georgia for the 2026-2027 school year. CFs are encouraged to apply. This full-time position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with approximately 2 days on-site and 3 days working remotely, along with direct mentorship and support from an experienced therapist-owned company. This position may be a great fit for clinicians living in or near Newnan, Griffin, Thomaston, LaGrange, and surrounding West Georgia communities. Position Highlights Hybrid schedule (approximately 2 days on-site / 3 days remote) Full-time elementary school placement CF mentorship available Flexible, collaborative school team Minimal travel Compensation & Support $60-65/hour W-2 Optional spread pay Health insurance stipend available Direct mentorship from an experienced school-based SLP and company owner Referral bonus program Opportunities for additional school-based assignments as available Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Georgia SLP license or eligibility School-based experience preferred but not required About Us Casper Therapy Services is a therapist-owned company partnering with Georgia school districts to provide exceptional speech-language pathology services through thoughtful placements, strong relationships, and responsive communication.
