Flexible arrangements are available, with options for onsite or a possible hybrid schedule to accommodate your preferred working style.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Experience providing speech therapy services to elementary school students is highly valued Strong assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring skills Effective communication abilities with students, teachers, families, and other professionals Comfortable using digital platforms for documentation and virtual services (if hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and diagnosis of speech, language, and communication disorders within an elementary school population Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Provide targeted individual and group therapy to address speech-language goals Monitor and document student outcomes, adjusting therapy strategies as needed Collaborate with classroom teachers, counselors, and other staff to integrate speech-language services into the school environment Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district policies related to speech-language services
