Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make an impact supporting students and educators by bringing your Speech-Language Pathology expertise to a school-based setting for the upcoming academic year. This contract role runs from August through early June and offers flexibility with the potential for hybrid work options, to be discussed in coordination with the district. Multiple openings are available, providing an excellent opportunity to work with diverse student populations and collaborate with education professionals.
Qualifications and Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Valid state licensure or eligibility (if applicable) Previous experience in school-based settings preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to adapt to caseload needs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff Conduct group and individual therapy sessions and monitor student progress Maintain comprehensive records as required by local and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students Serve as a resource for staff and families regarding speech-language services
