This contract role focuses on delivering high-quality speech therapy remotely, supporting students' communication development and addressing their individualized needs.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments via telespeech platforms. Designing and implementing effective therapy plans tailored to students' goals. Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress. Documenting treatment plans, maintaining accurate records, and reporting on student outcomes. Adhering to district policies, ethical standards, and professional guidelines in all interactions.
Desired qualifications:
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience providing speech-language services in school-based settings. Familiarity with telespeech technologies and virtual therapy delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills. Valid state certification/licensure to practice in Nevada.
