A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Full Time, In Person with opportunity for some virtual clients Must be a NC resident. At Speech Inspirations , our passion is creating a lasting impact by meeting students where they are and supporting families every step of the way. We are seeking a licensed North Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to Chatham County Schools . What You'll Do Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to students Conduct evaluations and support individualized, goal-driven IEPs Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to support student success Track progress and complete documentation with clarity and care Use secure, easy-to-navigate teletherapy platforms and digital tools What We're Looking For Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active North Carolina SLP License North Carolina residency (required) CCC-SLP preferred School-based experience (IEPs, evaluations, compliance) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills Comfort with technology and virtual service delivery for some virtual clients Ability to work independently while staying connected to a supportive team Why You'll Love Working With Speech Inspirations Make a difference while working from home Flexible scheduling options Supportive leadership that understands school-based therapy Access to digital resources, tools, and clinical support Collaboration without micromanagement Ready to Inspire?
