Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Odessa, DE who are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based contract opportunities. These are serving students in either a preschool or high school setting.

Available Openings:

Preschool SLP Full-time position Ages 3-4 Inclusion-based caseload In-person services required High School SLP Full-time position Primarily supports students with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities In-person services required

Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct speech-language services to students Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

Current Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist Licensure Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to meet all school district credentialing and onboarding requirements Previous school-based experience - Preferred Experience working with preschool students and/or students with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities -
