Key responsibilities include:

Conducting speech-language therapy sessions via telepractice to support individual student needs Administering comprehensive speech and language evaluations Collaborating with educational professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes Ensuring compliance with state certification requirements and professional standards Qualifications and experience sought: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Active Alabama Speech-Language Pathology Educator Certificate or eligibility to obtain pending certification Demonstrated experience in school-based speech-language pathology, including teletherapy services Ability to manage caseloads effectively and deliver individualized interventions Strong organizational skills and proficiency with virtual therapy platforms Locations served virtually include multiple schools such as Crump Elementary, Dannelly Elementary, and Flowers Elementary, among others, ensuring diverse student populations and varied caseload experiences.
