Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting K-12 students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. Your expertise will empower communication and inclusion across a diverse caseload, collaborating with a dedicated team of fellow SLPs. This position offers flexibility, with the option to work five days on campus, or three days onsite and two days remotely, fitting your schedule and lifestyle.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain Experience or demonstrated comfort working with K-12 student populations Familiarity with inclusive therapy models and effective with both 1:1 and small group delivery Previous supervision of SLPAs a plus Knowledge of Frontline or similar electronic documentation systems preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language services to a diverse K-12 caseload alongside two other SLPs (caseload: 160 students split evenly) Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation Provide therapy sessions in both in-person and remote formats, supporting inclusive practices Supervise and mentor an SLPA as part of the therapy team Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student progress Engage in small-group and individualized sessions to best meet student needs
