Qualifications/Requirements:

Current Maryland SLP License Maryland Teaching Certification

SLP - CCC

credential Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Experience supervising or mentoring preferred (not required) Ability to work onsite or hybrid (supervision requirement)

Primary Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor an SLPA Manage a caseload of approximately 20 students Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Provide direct and consultative speech-language services Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student support Maintain accurate and timely documentation
