Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current CA SLP license (or eligibility) Previous experience in schools preferred Strong communicator and collaborator Ability to adapt to new environments and caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication challenges Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Work with multidisciplinary teams including parents, teachers, and specialists Maintain accurate progress notes, documentation, and case files Engage in both on-site and remote service delivery as part of the hybrid model
