SLP•Telespeech Job Type Contract Elementary School Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist•Seattle, WA A welcoming elementary school district in Seattle, WA is seeking a dedicated Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a current full-time opening.

Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required for this school-based teletherapy position. Serving students throughout Seattle, you'll help elementary-aged learners strengthen their communication skills through engaging virtual therapy sessions while partnering with educators and families to support student success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses of speech, language, voice, fluency, and hearing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans to address communication, language development, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs. Collaborate virtually with classroom teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP compliance. Provide virtual speech-language services in a K-5 elementary school setting.

Experience:

Previous experience in a school setting or pediatric environment is preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills. Previous virtual or teletherapy experience preferred.

Education:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Washington Speech-Language Pathologist License or eligibility for licensure. Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification may be required for school-based practice. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
