Speech-Language Pathologist Oasis Rehabilitation services Inc Hialeah, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $65 - $90 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Working with children Speech-Language Pathology License Mentoring Document review Full Job Description Oasis Rehabilitation Services is seeking a licensed and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing pediatric therapy team in Miami-Dade County. This position offers the opportunity to work with children in a variety of settings while providing clinical leadership and supervision to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients. Develop individualized plans of care and treatment goals. Provide direct speech therapy services, if desired. Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with Florida regulations and payer requirements. Review and co-sign documentation as required. Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance with Medicaid, insurance, and company documentation standards.
Qualifications:
Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist License. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required if fully licensed. Pediatric experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
