Does this position require Patient Care? Yes Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Implement treatment plans through a variety of techniques and modalities. Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and their families about speech and language disorders, and provide strategies for improving communication. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. Qualifications Education Master's Degree Speech Therapy required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No Licenses and Credentials Speech-language Pathologist [Rhode Island License]
