Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in Rhode Island (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Prior experience in a school setting beneficial, but not required Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students academic progress Maintain thorough records and document progress Provide direct and consultative therapy services according to IEP goals Participate in meetings and contribute to student-centered decision-making
