This role is ideal for skilled SLPs, SLP-CFYs, SLP-CCCs, or SLPAs with experience in educational environments, especially those familiar with working with students on the autism spectrum. Youll be at the heart of student progress, using evidence-based interventions to help each individual unlock their full potential.

Key Qualifications:

Active Rhode Island Speech Language Pathology License required Eligible certifications for SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA Strong background in school-based speech-language services Experience supporting ASD populations highly preferred Willingness to complete mandatory on-site safety care training

Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to approximately 18-22 students, depending on frequency Complete assessments, draft individualized education program (IEP) goals, and maintain comprehensive documentation Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Participate in Extended School Year (ESY) programming, with potential continuation into the following academic year Foster an inclusive, compassionate classroom environment focused on student safety and growth
