Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. With a caseload of approximately 50 students, you'll play a crucial role in supporting speech and language development for children in a collaborative, resource-rich school environment. To thrive in this position, you should have: A Master's degree in Communicative Disorders or a related field Current South Carolina SLP license South Carolina Educator Certification ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Experience or strong interest in working in school-based settings, particularly with elementary-aged students Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Responsibilities will include: Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Providing therapy services to meet each student's unique needs Collaborating with classroom teachers, special educators, families, and other professionals Monitoring student progress and maintaining thorough documentation Participating in team meetings and contributing expertise to guide student success Communicating effectively with parents and staff regarding student progress and goals Enjoy a supportive employment package featuring highly competitive compensation with weekly pay cycles.
