Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating and treating residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized plans of care
- Collaborating with nursing and dietary teams to support safe swallowing and nutrition
- Providing education to staff, residents, and families
- Participating in interdisciplinary communication and care planning
- Supporting continuity of care through clear documentation and collaboration

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
