May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

! We'll help you grow your skills and build a rewarding career! ️ What You'll Do ❤️ Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop individualized treatment plans that maximize independence and quality of life. Assess and treat swallowing disorders to help residents eat and drink safely. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to provide exceptional resident-centered care. Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Celebrate every milestone and encourage residents as they achieve meaningful goals. What You'll Bring
  • ️ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ️ Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • ️ CCC-SLP preferred (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply!)
  • ️ Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus-but not required!
  • ️ A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others thrive.
