Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding full-time contract role as a School Speech-Language Pathologist serving students in an educational setting. This opportunity invites you to make a meaningful difference by supporting children's communication and academic success through your expertise.
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure and ASHA CCCs (or CFY with strong references) Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and other school activities as required Provide resources and strategies to educators and caregivers to support generalization of communication skills
