Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for two licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to support students in a school setting located in Greenwood, SC. The positions begin on July 17th, 2026, and follow a 190-day contract calendar. One SLP will manage a secondary education caseload, focusing on adolescent students requiring speech and language services. The second SLP will serve a mixed itinerant caseload, providing services across multiple locations or classrooms as needed. Both roles are full-time, four days per week.
Key Qualifications:
Valid SLP certification (CCC-SLP or equivalent) Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations Ability to manage caseloads in educational settings Comfort with itinerant service delivery for mixed caseloads (as applicable) Effective communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student progress Document student progress and maintain all required records Provide teletherapy sessions if necessary
