Key Qualifications & Experience:
Active and current Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certification in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students is highly preferred Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy documentation Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students across multiple age groups Conduct initial and ongoing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with families and fellow educators Adapt therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs and promote academic success Maintain thorough records in compliance with educational standards and legal requirements
