A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

We are currently hiring PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, SLPs, and SLPAs to provide high-quality therapy services in both our outpatient clinic and patients' homes. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment while providing individualized care that helps patients improve mobility, communication, swallowing, functional independence, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate patients (licensed therapists) and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled therapy services in both outpatient clinic and home settings. Implement evidence-based interventions appropriate to your discipline. Assist patients in achieving their functional, communication, mobility, cognitive, and swallowing goals. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques, home programs, and strategies to maximize progress. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes with supervising therapists, physicians, and other healthcare providers. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, state licensure requirements, payer guidelines, and company policies. Travel to scheduled home visits within the designated service area. Qualifications Current state license or certification as a PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, or SLPA. Graduate of an accredited therapy program. Current CPR certification (preferred). Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for home visits. Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills. Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a collaborative team. Home health experience is preferred but not required.
