Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference as a Speech Language Pathologist supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels throughout the academic year. You'll deliver crucial speech and language services to learners in various school settings, collaborating with educators and families to foster student growth. This full-time contract spans from July 28, 2026, to May 21, 2027, with a Monday to Friday schedule totaling 37.5 hours per week. Your expertise will be valued as you rotate between campuses, addressing diverse communication needs and advocating for student success.
Key Qualifications:
Active SC Speech Language Pathologist license, or eligibility to obtain SC certification ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred Strong ability to manage a varied caseload across grade levels Skilled in assessments, therapy delivery, data collection, and IEP development Effective communication with students, staff, and families
Core Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy at multiple school sites Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Track and document progress, maintaining accurate and timely records Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students' success Travel between assigned campuses as needed Experience a contract opportunity that values your dedication to helping students overcome communication challenges and reach their fullest potential.
