Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students' communication development in a dynamic school setting. As a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have ample opportunity to foster student growth and collaborate with educational staff dedicated to making a difference every day.
Essential Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows will be considered Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation in school environments Strong communication and organizational skills Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within school settings
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Participate actively in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary educational team Provide direct therapy services and consultative support for students and staff Track and document student progress, ensuring compliance with all state and federal guidelines Engage with families, teachers, and specialists to promote students' academic and social success Contribute to the development of a positive, inclusive school environment As a full-time member in this supportive community, you will have the chance to see tangible progress in students' daily lives while growing your professional expertise.
