9642874-29063 Job Description Step into a meaningful role supporting students communication needs for the entire 20262027 school year. This is an onsite contract position located near Irmo, SC, with a welcoming environment and a commitment to student growth. The assignment spans from August 1, 2026, to May 29, 2027, with a weekly schedule of 35 hours.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current and valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) required South Carolina SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to the start date) Previous school-based SLP experience is preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to new environments and caseload details as they are provided

Responsibilities:

Provide onsite speech-language evaluation, intervention, and documentation for students as assigned Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student success Maintain records and adhere to district practices and compliance requirements Adapt therapy strategies to meet changing caseload needs throughout the assignment Foster a supportive and positive environment for all students This opportunity allows you to make a direct impact while enjoying the structure and flexibility of a school-based contract.
