Job Description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Make a positive impact on elementary students by supporting their communication and learning needs as a Speech Language Pathologist in an engaging school-based environment. Work across multiple school sites and deliver high-quality onsite speech services to a caseload of approximately 40 students during the academic year.
Key Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship eligibility Active South Carolina LLR license South Carolina Educator Certificate required Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students Commitment to in-person service delivery (onsite only)
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments and provide individualized speech and language therapy to elementary students Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with educational teams and families Maintain documentation in compliance with state and school policies Participate in team meetings, including IEP reviews and multidisciplinary planning Serve as a resource and provide consultative support to school staff regarding communication disorders Monitor and report on student progress Why Consider This Contract Role?
