Day to day as a Speech Language Pathologist As a new Speech Language Pathologist at Pediatric Developmental Services, you can expect a rewarding and structured day-to-day experience. Your role will involve conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy sessions tailored to each child's specific communication needs. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive environment for your clients. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, aligning with the school day from approximately 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. During this time, you'll engage with students in various settings, including one-on-one and small group sessions. You'll also have opportunities for team meetings and professional development, ensuring that you are well-equipped to provide the best support for the children you serve.
