Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact every day by supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school settings as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This contract opportunity allows you to apply your clinical skills in a dynamic school environment, working alongside passionate educators and professionals. Your expertise will help students achieve their communication and academic goals.
What We're Looking For:
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students Strong collaboration and communication skills Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Knowledge of evidence-based assessment and intervention strategies Comfortable working in a school-based, multidisciplinary team setting
What You'll Do:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to ensure comprehensive student support Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Complete all required documentation, progress reports, and participate in IEP meetings Educate and provide resources for students, families, and staff to support carryover and progress Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to educational and clinical practice
